Since the sad decline of my hearing commenced several years ago Jess has provided outstanding professional help and advice to assist me with the purchase of suitable hearing aids. Her product and technical knowledge is excellent and she has without fail always been able to rectify any problem which has occurred. She has a friendly personal style and is never pushy on sales. Choices made have always been mine. Jess is a very experienced audiologist and I recommend her services without hesitation.

We were delighted with the care shown to us when you visited our home a few weeks ago. Jess explained what everything was for and showed me inside my ears on her laptop. She gave me a hearing test, showed me some of their hearing aids and let me try one. At no time was there any pressure to buy. Then my husband had his ears examined. Jess took great care to remove a good proportion of his ear wax. He was amazed at what had been extracted and said his ears felt much lighter. We were delighted with the service Jess gave and would highly recommend her to anyone. Costs were very reasonable and the service she gave was so worth every penny.

Both of my ears felt as if they were blocked and my attempts to get an appointment for some help were not very satisfactory. I had one appointment offered 3 months in the future. A friend suggested I should contact The Hearing Place. Immediately Jessica came to see me in my home and the wax was removed by suction I did not have to suffer at all and the method used was very acceptable! My hearing now is very good and I am so pleased that all is well

The Hearing Place I would highly recommend as first class. It is the best and most professional treatment that I have ever received for my ears. I have over the years had many visits to NHS, and also private treatment for blocked ears and nothing compares to the very high standard set by this company. I have experienced deteriorating hearing for several years now, and despite regular attendance at the local audiology department, nothing seemed to improve matters. Hearing aids only marginally improved the situation and treatment at the local GP surgery for wax removal offered only temporary relief. I decided to consult "The Hearing Place". After thoroughly de-waxing my ears, I was given an extensive assessment of my hearing, before being fitted with my new hearing aids. The result was astounding. I no longer have to ask people to repeat themselves constantly, and I can watch and listen to TV and Radio without needing to crank up the volume.
